3. Coordinate internally with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and provide regular updates to clients.
5. Attend client meetings.
6. Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
7. Maintain CRM records, documentation, and sales reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach.
• Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
